Our house is located in the wine village of Ayl/region of Rhineland-Palatinate between Germany’s oldest city of Trier (20km) and the city of Saarburg (4km). Luxembourg border is only (15km) with France bordering only (25km) away. 

We can offer you 2 holiday flats in our house:

1) Flat 1:

gorgeous flat 60 sqm (basement) with separate entrance features a beautiful scenery of vineyards of the Saar. The flat is great for two adults and one child of any age. The flat features a living room, kitchen, dining area with refrigerator/stove, bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. Because of it’s easy access the flat is also handicapped accessible:

2) Flat 2:

gorgeous flat 88 - 100 sqm (ground floor) with separate entrance features also a beautiful scenery of vineyards of the Saar. The flat is great for 2 - 5 person. The flat features a big living room (30 sqm), a dining room, kitchen with dining area and refrigerator/stove, bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), bathroom with shower. A 2nd bed room (with bunk bed) and guest toilet is also available. Covered balcony with comfortable sitting area with table and four chairs. Gas grill to prepare a good grilled "German Bratwurst" or Steak is available on request. Save place to park your vehicle. Telephone and internet access (WiFi) are available.

With notice and additional cost pets are permitted;

however smoking is not permitted inside the flats!
